Residenza Uriele

The lighting project of the Uriele Residence in Arzo involved the facade, private balconies, and common areas, such as the entrance hall, the balcony, and the stairwell.

The architecture of the residence, developed over two floors, expresses its character through the use of well-defined materials, particularly wood and concrete. The light has been designed to integrate completely into the architecture, disappearing from view during daylight hours and revealing itself fully only at night.

The lighting techniques adopted emphasize the identity of the building and enhance the construction materials. Some luminous elements have been made using the same material as the facades, while others have been created through savings in the concrete balustrade. This approach allows for a visual cleanliness of the surfaces and a total integration of light into the architectural project.

During nighttime, in addition to guiding the enjoyment of the residence, the light gives the building a distinctive and immediately recognizable image, enhancing its material peculiarities.
